The Basics of Pig Production is now available in Russian to russian speaking students i Denmark and abroad. The openings of the book follows the English and Danish version.
This book gives the reader a basic introduction to the management of pigs and provides the reader with all necessary pig production terms. The book is very well illustrated with many pictures and drawings etc.
The book is a translation of the Danish book called "Svinehold – en grundbog" from 2004. The Danish edition is targeted at students studying to be Danish farmers and others who require to learn about pig production, for example part-time farmers, farm workers, pig producers.
